Regulamin Newslettera „Kraków Otwarty na Świat”

1. Wydawcą Newslettera „Kraków Otwarty na Świat”  jest Gmina Miejska Kraków – Urząd Miasta Krakowa, zwany dalej gminą. Administratorem danych osobowych subskrybenta jest Prezydent Miasta Krakowa, z siedzibą pl. Wszystkich Świętych 3-4, 31-004 Kraków. Odbiorcą danych osobowych jest wortal „Kraków Otwarty na Świat” funkcjonujący w ramach Miejskiej Platformy Internetowej „Magiczny Kraków”.
2. Subskrybent ma prawo w dowolnym momencie wycofać zgodę, zażądać od administratora dostępu do swoich danych osobowych oraz ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przeniesienia.
3. Subskrybent ma prawo do wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego, którym jest Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, z siedzibą ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
4. Podanie danych osobowych ma charakter dobrowolny, jednak konsekwencją niepodania danych jest brak dostępu do Newslettera.
5. Newsletter „Kraków Otwarty na Świat” jest wysyłany przez gminę za pośrednictwem poczty elektronicznej na adres użytkownika, w sposób cykliczny i bezterminowo w formie listu elektronicznego (e-mail).
6. Newsletter ma charakter bezpłatny i jest dostępny dla każdego użytkownika poczty e-mail, który potwierdzi chęć otrzymywania Newslettera.
7. Newsletter zawiera między innymi aktualności i informacje dotyczące szeroko pojmowanej współpracy zagranicznej Miasta Krakowa i wydarzeń o charakterze międzynarodowym.
8. Zamówienie i potwierdzenie chęci subskrypcji Newslettera przez użytkownika następuje poprzez dokonanie czynności rejestracyjnych, polegających na:
   1. wprowadzenie swojego adresu e-mail na stronie internetowej www.krakow.pl/otwarty_na_swiat/,
   2. zaakceptowaniu treści niniejszego regulaminu.
9. Przesłanie przez użytkownika adresu e-mail jest równoznaczne z potwierdzeniem zapoznania się i zrozumienia oraz zaakceptowania zasad określonych w regulaminie.
10. Po wykonaniu tych czynności użytkownik staje się subskrybentem Newslettera.
11. Rezygnacja subskrybenta z usługi Newslettera następuje poprzez kliknięcie w odpowiedni link w Newsletterze, obecnego w stopce każdej wiadomości.
12. Zamówienie przez subskrybenta Newslettera jest równoznaczne z wyrażeniem zgody na przetwarzanie podanych przez niego danych osobowych (podstawę prawną przetwarzania danych osobowych stanowi art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a, rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady UE 2016/679 z 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych, Dz.Urz. UE L 119 z 4 maja 2016, s. 1), tzn. dane będą przetwarzane na podstawie zgody subskrybenta.
13. Dane osobowe subskrybenta nie będą profilowane.
14. Gmina zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany treści regulaminu świadczenia usługi Newslettera. W przypadku dokonania zmiany regulaminu gmina poinformuje o tym fakcie subskrybentów e-mailem.

„Kraków the Open City” Newsletter Rules and Regulations

1. Newsletter „Krakow the Open City”  is published by the City of Krakow – Municipality of Krakow, further on referred to as City of Krakow. Mayor of the City of Krakow, pl. Wszystkich Świętych 3-4, 31-004 Krakow, Poland, is the Subscriber`s personal data controller. Personal data will be processed by "Krakow the Open City" subsite operating within the "Magiczny Krakow" official Internet Site of The City of Krakow.
2. The Subscriber has the right to request access to their personal data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, transfer, as well as the right to object to the processing of such data, at any time.
3. The Subscriber also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority -President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland.
4. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide the required data results in denied access to Newsletter.
5. Newsletter „Krakow the Open City” is sent by the City of  Krakow  via e-mail to the user’s e-mail address, periodically and indefinitely, in the form of electronic letter (e-mail).
6. Newsletter is provided free of charge to any e-mail user who signs up, therefore confirming that they wish to receive the Newsletter.
7. Newsletter contains, among others, news and information about international cooperation of the City of Krakow and international events.
8. The user signs up and confirms the Newsletter subscription by following registration procedure consisting in::
   1. Entering own e-mail address at the www.krakow.pl/krakow_open_city/ , subsite,
   2. accepting „Kraków the open City” Newsletter Rules and Regulations.
9. By sending the e-mail address, the user confirms that they understand and accept the Newsletter Rules and Regulations.
10. Having completed the process specified above the user becomes Newsletter’s subscriber.
11. The Subscriber has the right to resign from subscribing the Newsletter, at any time, using the unsubscribe link included in each and every Newsletter e-mail (in footer).
12. Signing-up to the Newsletter by the subscriber is tantamount to approval of the provided personal data processing (provided personal data will be processed by the KPMG group Companies in order to establish contact, on the basis of the reasonable interest of the joint administrator, pursuant to 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).) as data will be processed based on the Subscriber`s consent.
13. Personal data will not be the subject of profiling and automated decision making.
14. The City reserves the  right to amend the text of Newsletter Rules and Regulations.
    In case of any such amendment, City of Krakow will inform the Subscribers by e-mail.
