• Long-standing cooperation with international media outlets
• Posting articles and advertisements promoting Krakow internationally (incl. as a business destination)
• Cooperation with local businesses and meetings industry professionals
  (incl. PCO, DMC, hotels, guide services, transportation and catering)
• Strengthening cooperation with Krakow's academic community (incl. Polish Congress Ambassador Programme)
• Research and statistical data analysis (meetings and business events in Krakow and Małopolska)
• Ongoing cooperation with international organisations and associations, incl. International Congress and Convention Association and a long list of meetings industry partners
• Publishing and distributing information and promotional materials

Kraków Convention Bureau is an official department of the Municipality of Kraków (since 2004), with a mission to continuously strengthen the city's international brand as both event-industry-and-international-business destination, operating on a non-profit basis.
