New stop for tourist coaches
As of December 10, 2019 a new stop for tourist coaches for up to 10 minutes has been established on Warszawska Street.
Warszawska Street at the Cracow University of Technology (GPS:50°04'15.6"N 19°56'38.2"E) - NEW as of December 10, 2019.
Below please find the rules of getting around Krakow by bus:
Tourist stops are places of limited parking (a maximum of up to 10 minutes) only for tourist buses transporting organized groups of tourists, i.e. being looked after by a person representing a tourism organizer - in accordance with Article 30 sec. 1 of the Act of 29 August 1997 on Hotel Services and Services of Tour Leaders and Tour Guides (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2019, item 238).
You can stop to allow passengers to leave the bus or pick up a group only at theese places or directly at the bus parking lots.
RULES OF USE:
1. The stop should only be approached by a bus stop to allow passengers to leave the bus or pick up a group waiting there.
2. When stopping at a bus stop, the bus engine should be turned off.
3. In order to allow traffic flow, leave the stop immediately after leaving or entering the bus. The bus stopping time must not exceed 10 minutes.
