What is RSS?
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an exceptionally fast and simple way of simultaneously receiving information from a variety of websites. Instead of visiting one website at a time or subscribing to e-mail newsletters, using an RSS reader, you can receive timely updates from internet newscasts which use this format.
How does RSS work?
In order to receive RSS feeds it is enough to install one of many RSS readers available on the Internet, e.g. RSS Bandit or RSS Reader on your computer. Some Internet search engines (e.g. Opera, Firefox) also have the RSS function. The next step is to add a link to your chosen RSS newscast to the reader and you are ready to benefit from all the advantages of the RSS service.
