73rd World Foundry Congress “Creative Foundry” in Krakow

The 73rd World Foundry Congress, which will be held in Krakow from 23-27 September 2018, is addressed to all people, companies, organizations, editors, etc. interested in or involved with the Foundry Industry.

The World Foundry Congress is the most important event for the foundry industry, it provides an excellent opportunity to share knowledge and experience, the latest developments and innovations. The 73rd World Foundry Congress will be held under the theme "Creative Foundry", in broadly defined thematic blocks: materials, technologies, digitization, management, ecology.

It is worth emphasizing that it has been a quarter of a century since the last time we had the honor to host members of the World Foundry Organization (WFO) in Poland. It was a very important period in the history of both our country and industry. It is not surprising that in September 2018 we will be pleased to welcome the participants of the 73rd World Foundry Congress in Krakow and other Polish cities. This time the opening ceremony and the speeches will be held in a modern congress center - ICE Krakow Congress Center, overlooking the Royal Castle in Krakow. They will be accompanied by fascinating exhibitions, including the International Trade Fair in Kielce, and "Creative Casting" exhibition in ICE , which will be prepared with Poznań International Fairs. The Congress program includes also technical trips during which Delegates will be introduced to the Polish Foundry Industry, and during the convention tours will learn about the most interesting tourist regions in Poland.
