ISAGA Summer School 2016 in Krakow

Dozens of guests, including members of the ISAGA association from around the world will come to Krakow which will become the world capital of simulation games on 11 - 17 July!

ISAGA, the International Simulation and Gaming Association, is the oldest and most prestigious organization working in the field of games and simulations, which dates back to the 1970s. ISAGA organizes weekly workshops every year as part of its Summer School. 

The Summer School has been operating since 2004. Every year, its participants are hosted in a different city. The organizers of previous events were, among others, Bangkok, New Delhi, Singapore and Atlanta. This year the decision is to organize the event in Krakow, something of which we are very proud!

During the week, interactive professionals (teachers, trainers, researchers and designers) from around the world will have the opportunity to take part in exciting activities. The programme consists of lectures on simulations and practical workshops, where, under the guidance of experts, participants will be able to acquire expertise in the field of simulation games’ development, training and business.

The ISAGA Summer School provides teachers, trainers, lecturers, researchers and fans and users of strategy and business games the possibility of coming together in one place. Exchange of experiences, promoting and popularizing knowledge in the field of simulation are the main ideas behind the Summer School.

The event is organized by Exprofesso, a company from Krakow, in cooperation with the University of Economics in Krakow and the Leon Kozminski Academy which - as the only one in Poland – has a Department of Decision Simulation Games.
