The season of table and business meetings officially open!
The Krakow Convention Bureau team represented the city as a business destination at The MEETINGS SPACE in Stockholm on 7-9 March. The Spring edition of The Meetings Space is the first meeting this year that opens the season of meetings aimed at promoting the rich offer of business tourism in Krakow.
In 2019, the employees of the Krakow Convention Bureau will be present at the business tourism fairs and table meetings which are included in the Meetings Space and M & I Forum. The forthcoming meetings in Benidorm are planned as part of the M&I Forum on April 24-27, Šibenik (June 19-22), Chicago (August 25-28) and Muscat (November 11-15). The second edition of The Meetings Space will be the autumn edition in Madrid in September.
The aim and key element of the above events are b2b meetings and networking with potential organizers of conferences and business meetings as well as motivational travel. Among the speakers will be members of international associations as well as PCO companies from Europe also Americans in the case of the Americas M&I Forum.
Additionally, the MICE offer will also be promoted at the business tourism fair as part of the Polish National Stand. In Europe the largest of these kind of fairs of this kind take place twice a year – in May, IMEX in Frankfurt and in November IBTM World in Barcelona. In order to meet overseas clients, KCB will join exhibitors for the third time at IMEX America.
